Custom Printed Products

All printed materials are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our printing services, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for completed orders that meet the agreed-upon specifications.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order contains production errors or defects, we will reprint your order or provide a full refund. Production errors include:

Filing a Claim

To file a claim for a production error or defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide:

Proof Approval

By approving a proof, you accept responsibility for the accuracy of all content, including text, images, colors, and layout. We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

Return Shipping

If a return is required due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. You are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to reasons other than production errors.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellation may result in charges for work completed. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, note this with the delivery carrier and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the printing services. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or other indirect damages.
