These Terms of Use govern your use of Sraxylonez printing services and website. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Sraxylonez provides professional printing services including flyers, business cards, brochures, and other printed materials. All services are subject to availability and our production capabilities.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Sraxylonez. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon order placement unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified.
You are responsible for providing print-ready files that meet our specifications. We will review files for technical issues but are not responsible for design errors, typos, or content accuracy. Proof approval is your responsibility.
You represent that you own or have the right to use all content submitted for printing. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for copyrighted materials, trademarks, and other intellectual property.
Production times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to file issues, equipment problems, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
We maintain high quality standards for all printing projects. Minor variations in color, cutting, and registration are normal in the printing process and do not constitute defects.
Custom printed materials are generally not returnable. We will reprint or refund orders that contain production errors or defects. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for details.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the printing services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or printed materials.
We reserve the right to refuse printing of materials that are illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violate the rights of others. This includes but is not limited to counterfeit items and materials promoting illegal activities.

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
